Maxwell University came alive last Friday night as students, faculty, and visitors gathered at the main auditorium for the annual Cultural Night. The event, organized by the Office of Student Affairs, featured vibrant dance performances, traditional attires, and delicious delicacies from over 15 countries represented within the university community. From Nigerian Afrobeat drumming to Indian classical dance and a parade of global fashion, the event was a celebration of diversity and unity.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Sandra Grent, applauded the students for putting together such a colorful and peaceful gathering. She emphasized the importance of cultural awareness in today’s globalized world and encouraged students to continue fostering inclusiveness on campus. The night ended with a unity dance that had the entire auditorium on its feet, dancing to a fusion of global sounds.
